Gatsou is a pet health app for dogs and cats. It keeps your pet's healthbook (vaccinations, vet visits, medication and weight), reminds you before things are due, and has an assistant you can simply tell what happened. On the website you can also find vets and other pet services, read care guides and see pets up for adoption.

Yes, the app is free to start. Some extras come with a paid plan, and the app shows you what each plan includes before you choose one.

In the Gatsou app for iPhone or Android. Pet owners use Gatsou in the app; the website is for browsing pet services, guides and adoptions, and for businesses and animal groups managing their listing.

Open Services, pick a category such as vets or groomers, and filter by area. Each listing shows the location, opening hours and contact details we have for it.

Many listings come from public business information and have not been claimed by their owner yet. Once an owner claims a listing they keep it up to date themselves, and the Gatsou team reviews listings after they go live. Reviews are written by Gatsou users.

Open a pet's profile on the Adoptions page to see photos and details, then contact the shelter or person who posted it by email or phone. They run the adoption themselves and will tell you their process.

Availability can change quickly, so check with the shelter or person who posted before you visit.

No. Gatsou charges nothing for adopting. Some shelters ask for an adoption fee to cover vaccinations, microchipping or sterilisation; ask them directly.

On the app's sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one.

Yes. Add as many pets as you like in the app; each one gets its own healthbook and reminders.

In the app, open your profile settings and choose Delete account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting your account is permanent.
