Most people who visit your profile won't adopt today. Many still want to help some other way. The simpler you make it, the more of them will.
How do I add ways to donate?
From the Donations page under Money in the partner portal. Add the ways you already use so they're gathered on your profile. If you connect a payout account, people can also donate online through Gatsou.
Why list specific needs instead of "every bit helps"?
A specific need turns goodwill into action. "We need ten bags of kitten food this month" is something someone can do today. "Every bit helps" is true, but it doesn't tell anyone what to do.
Set a priority so it's clear what's urgent

Keep three to five active needs, the most urgent first. A short, current list moves people more than a long, stale one.
How do I find volunteers for my group?
Turn on volunteer sign-ups in your profile and say briefly what you need: dog walks, vet runs, photographing animals or help at events. People who are interested appear on the Volunteers page of the portal.
Say what you need
Specific tasks and the time they take, for example "two hours on Saturday morning".
Reply quickly
A volunteer who hears nothing for days rarely tries again.
Offer a small first step
A short meeting or an easy first task builds trust on both sides.
How do we thank the people who support us?
A short message or a post showing the result, like a photo of a full food store, shows people their help made a difference. Supporters who feel it mattered come back.

Do I need a payout account to accept donations?
For online donations through Gatsou, yes. You can still show other ways to donate on your profile without one.
Where do I see people who want to volunteer?
On the Volunteers page of the partner portal, where you can contact and organise them.
How many needs should be active?
Three to five is usually enough. Put the most urgent first and update the list when a need is met.
Can I pause volunteer sign-ups?
Yes. Turn off volunteer sign-ups in your profile and turn them back on when you're ready.
